1.The ground rail (track) is made of GB gray cast iron HT200, and normalized heat treatment after finishing. 2.The wall plate used in the machine body is made of GB:Y15 steel and heat-treated with machining center. 3.All main transmission gears are made of GB:20CrMoTi alloy steel, and the grinding teeth are processed by heat treatment and carburization after fine grinding, and the accuracy is up to grade 6 precision. 4.All transmission shafts are made of No. 45 steel and heattreated and dynamic balance correction. 5.The main drive bearings are imported bearings (Japan: NSK; or Germany: FAG). 6.The whole machine electrical components: PLC; touch screen and others adopts Siemens products. 7.The machine has one key overprinting functions and wipe the board memory function.
