Structure and performance:
This machine is used to bundle the belt around the goods. The whole process, such as cutting off, is completed automatically.

2.The bundling methods include single belt , double belts , three belts , cross belts , etc. The mechanical models are JDB-600M, JDB-750M, JDB-1000M, and JDB-1200M. We suggest that when you choose to use the machine, it is more effective to select the most suitable model according to the size of the goods.
3.All parts of the main rotating shaft adopt needle bearings, which can make the mechanism rotate smoothly.
4.This machine uses PE-28 type special bundling belt, and adopts pulleys in the belt path.

Operation procedure: (P.2 reference)
1.When the power switch is "ON" (connected), the motor turns to the clutch wheel while rotating. Place the goods on the platform and use the product block to block (keep its position from moving, and press it with hands).
2.When stepping on the pedal, the clutch will work and drive the driving shaft to work (the pedal will be released immediately).
3.The small gear drives the big gear to rotate the shaft connected with the big gear.
4.The big gear drives the small gear, which turns the chain, and then turns the wire lead rod.
5.At the same time, various cams under the platform also rotate.
6.The first and second rotations of the wire lead rod make one and two turns of the goods. When the wire lead rod is rotated to the end point, the belt pressing tool (K-33) moves backward, so that the belt is hung in the goods (C-46). The second is that the belt pressing tool (K-39) starts to press the belt on the goods (P17, Fig. 20 refers).
7.When fully pressed, the beak of the nodule is stretched out, and a belt is hung at the front of the beak.
8.Then the beak rotates to the left, opens the lower beak during the rotation, and when the rotation ends, the lower beak closes to the upper beak and holding two belts.
9.The beak holding the belt starts to retreat, and the blocking device (K-79) going down to ensure that the nodule is blocked, so that the nodule does not shrink in.
10.When the beak starts to retreat: extend the knife to cut off the new belt, and stop the belt being fastened at the same time. Pull out the nodule with the front end of the tool holder.
11.When the beak is fully retracted and the nodule is firm, the lower mouth opens to leave the ring.
12.After the nodule is completed, the clutch will automatically leave and make preparations for the next operation.
The above is a process of operation cycle. With this machine, a cycle can be completed within 1.5 seconds. Therefore, to understand such actions, please take the electric switch as “OFF”, step on the pedal, and turn the clutch (E-1) by hand to observe its actions.
