Inaccurate counting First of all, check whether the timing of the counter and the delivery device is exact, and whether the carton is rolling, deflecting and out of sync in the folding process. The adjustment of the bottom stacking feeder should be in the principle of ensuring good feeding, so that the inclination is as small as possible. The number of cartons in the silo and each bundle must be properly adjusted. In order to ensure the alignment of the cardboard, the spacing between the front support plate and the push-alignment device should be a few millimeters smaller than the height of the slot. 2. The stack is skewed In order to keep the cartons in a reasonable position in the bin of the stitcher machine to ensure normal delivery, it is necessary to adjust the pressure at the stitching and bonding of the cartons. Considering the different size and style of the carton, it is determined to be pressurized in one place or two places. The timing speed of the air pressure supply and ejector should be appropriate. If the carton is pushed up too fast, the output of each bundle is skewed, it is necessary to check whether there is obstruction in the channel, the roller is not stuck, and reasonable adjustment.
